The Glowing Kale SERVES 1

Ingredients:

3 cups kale

1 cup baby spinach

½ Bosc pear, cored

1 cucumber

¼ lemon

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a juicer and juice, being sure to alternate ingredients.
