►  Makes 2 Glasses
2 cups (500ml) almond milk,

or other plant-based milk

1 tbsp apple syrup

pinch of ground star anise pinch of salt pinch of ground cardamom

1 tsp

ground cinnamon

Whisk all the ingredients vigorously, either by hand in a bowl using a balloon whisk or put them into a  food  processor  and mix briefly. Pour the drink into little bottles and chill for 1–2  hours. Or you can chill it in a vacuum flask and serve 1 portion at a time.
