1 cup (125 g) chopped zucchini

1 cup (45 g) baby spinach, packed

21/2 cups (345 g) chopped frozen peaches

1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened non-dairy milk

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, or more to taste

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, or more to taste

Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until completely smooth. Taste the smoothie mixture, adding more ginger or turmeric, to taste.

 

Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve.

 

 

Recipe Notes

When peaches are out of season, try switching them with frozen strawberries or apples.
