6 tablespoons (65 g) vegan chocolate chips

2  tablespoons (30 ml) unsweetened non-dairy milk

3  cups (705 ml) plain non-dairy yogurt 2 cups (280 g) sliced banana

2 cups (300 g) quartered strawberries

1 cup (175 g) halved grapes

1/4 cup (40 g) roasted, salted peanuts

1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup (optional)

In a small mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and non- dairy milk. Microwave for 45 seconds. Whisk together until combined and smooth.

 

Divide the yogurt between 4 bowls, along with the fresh fruit and peanuts. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and add maple syrup if you prefer your yogurt sweeter.

Recipe Notes
To make this more dessert-like, use vanilla or a fruity non-dairy yogurt instead of plain.
