1 batch of Silky Sour Cream, or 1/2 of a batch Irresistible Ranch Dressing

16 strips of yellow bell pepper

12 green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half

8 radishes, tops trimmed

2 stalks of celery, cut into 8 pieces

1 carrot, cut into 8 matchsticks, or 8 baby carrots

40 fresh chives

Divide the Silky Sour Cream or Irresistible Ranch Dressing among eight 4- ounce (120 ml) ramekins. Arrange the vegetables in the ramekins, standing up, like you would a cute flower arrangement. Arrange the chives among the vegetables, like you might do with ferns in a vase. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
